At Sales4Merchants, we make every attempt to be an easy channel partner for you. We, however, do have some basic qualifications and standards that Sales4Merchants's suppliers must meet. 

  • Suppliers may only list products that they currently own. We cannot accept feeds for inventory being drop-shipped or fulfilled from a warehouse not directly controlled by the supplier.

  • Suppliers must be authorized by the manufacturer to drop ship and list their items for resale. The supplier is solely liable and responsible for monitoring and compliance with manufacturer restrictions including but not limited to: MAP pricing, intellectual property restrictions, manufacturer imposed channel restrictions and licensing agreements.

  • Products must be high quality and competitively priced for resale. Remember, you are selling to retailers who must be competitive in the consumer markets.

  • Suppliers will not list items that are illegal, banned, counterfeit, stolen or fraudulent. In addition, the supplier will not list any products that infringe on any others' intellectual property including, but not limited to, images, trademarks, brand names, phrases and manufacturer logos.

  • Unless you are a manufacturer, packaging and packing slips are to be 'blind' without mention of your name, or Sales4Merchants. Further, packages will not include any printer material, offers, coupons, stickers, or other promotional materials.

 As you can see, our qualifications are simple and mainly require you, as a legitimate wholesale supplier, to conduct business in an honest and ethical manner. Sales4Merchants strives to make the interaction between you and our tens of thousands of retailers as seamless and painless as possible.
