Shipping Policy
 


When Sellers receive payments from Sales4Merchants.com, such payments include shipping reimbursement from Sales4Merchants.com for each sale.

In the event a buyer files a claim for some of the items on a multiple item order from the same seller, where at least one or more of the items was received, the buyer will receive the discounted shipping amount for their shipping reimbursement.

When YourShopZone.Com sends the seller an order notification, the desired shipping method will be included in that notification, and sellers must ship their item within 3 business days or less of order notification.

For both seller's and buyer's protection when ordering high dollar value items, we strongly recommend that sellers insure and track shipments. Sales4Merchants.com reserves the right to suspend the privileges of any member we feel may be acting in a fraudulent manner.

All items sold on YourShopZone.Com must be shipped from within the 50 United States.  Sellers must ship to all 50 states with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii, also APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes.  To request a change of your shipping options, please email us at support@sales4merchants.com.

Buyer Shipping Options and Cost

Items shipped via Expedited Shipping (including: USPS Priority, Fed Ex Home Delivery, UPS Ground, DHL Express Ground Delivery) should arrive in 1-3 days. In our experience, any form of expedited shipping may take as long as 10 days to arrive.

The buyer will pay the shipping costs for items purchased on the YourShopZone.Com Site according to your shipping price schedule. Shipping charges must be either per Item plus extra cost per each additional Item, or per LB.

Seller Shipping Options

All sellers on YourShopZone.Com must use at a minimum U.S. Postal Service to ship orders. In addition, all sellers have the option of offering an expedited form of shipping as an upgrade to ship orders.  Expedited shipping methods should provide a 1-3 day delivery window from the time of shipping and include some type of tracking ability.  If a seller chooses to offer an expedited upgrade, this option will be made available to the buyer in the shopping cart.  Examples of expedited service include USPS Priority Mail, Fed Ex Home Delivery, UPS Ground, DHL Express Ground Delivery.

Packaging

You will get an email from YourShopZone.Com for every sale you make. When you receive this email, you have up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to ship the item. All orders must be shipped in appropriate packing materials designed to minimize the chance of damage or loss during shipping. For a seller's protection when shipping high dollar value items, we strongly recommend that sellers insure and track shipments.  (Note that in the event of empty packages, sellers are held responsible for the item not reaching their buyer.)

Packages shipped via U.S. Postal Service Media Mail should have 'Media Mail' written or posted on the outside of the package in order to ensure prompt and correct delivery of the item.

Insured and trackable shipping is very important to make certain that a seller is protected from loss. The use of insured shipping methods also helps protect all YourShopZone.Com shoppers from fraud. Sellers should direct buyers to return damaged items to them so that the seller may file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier. If YourShopZone.Com must refund a buyer in a case of damage (in accordance with the Buyer Protection Policy), the amount of the sale will be deducted from the seller's account balance. If the account balance is not sufficient to cover this deduction, a seller's checking account or credit card may be charged for the amount of the sale. Sales4Merchants.com will not reimburse sellers for loss resulting from damaged or missing packages.

Your package will consist of the following:

·         The packing slip 

·         The securely packaged product.

The Buyer name and address information is provided for the sole purpose of shipping the specific purchased product(s) and may not be used for any other purpose, either in connection with such shipment(s) or separately from such shipment(s).
